Job Description

We are looking for Manager Sales for our new Project in Karachi.

Responsibilities:

Leading and Managing sales team to achieve the targets that we assigned.

Generating client leads to Generate sales Residential Units.

Managing and maintaining project.

Build and manage the overall sales , activity plan, and resources needed to accomplish the Sale Target.

Conduct market research and analysis and provide marketing strategy proposal.

Meeting with Clients and Maintaining deal with them.

Tracking and collecting sales figures to generate weekly reports on sales performance Training team for project information including key selling points.
