Dental Technician

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Teacher of Dental Technology to join our department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality teaching and learning experiences for students in the Dental Technology program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dentistry and dental technology, as well as experience teaching in a college or university setting.

Responsibilities:

Plan, develop and deliver effective instruction for students in the Dental Technology program.

Develop course materials, including syllabus, lectures, tests and other course materials.

Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their performance.

Supervise laboratory activities

Develop relationships with industry partners to ensure curricula is up to date with current trends in dental technology.

Participate in departmental meetings and other activities required by the department.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Dental Technology or related field required.
